A luxurious villa furnished to a high standard, which offers spacious comfortable accommodation, with its own pool in large garden, as well as a terrace, two first floor balcony, and a parking area,
Villa Pedro is located in a quiet residential area, but still only 15 minutes walk from Consum Square, which has a supermarket, bank and some excellent restaurants, and bars with great evening entertainment.
Arriving at Villa Pedro, you are able to park on the driveway, and enter the stunning garden and pool area.
Entering the Villa from the outside terrace, you will be greeted by the beautiful lounge/dining area, which comfortably sits 7 people on the two sofas and comfy chairs. There is a flat screen TV which shows UK television channels.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with a separate utility area that contains the washing machine and dishwasher.
Opposite the kitchen is fully equipped shower room.
The stairs from the lounge area leads to the first floor where you will find the 3 bedrooms and main bathroom.
The first double bedroom to the front of the Villa, has a large double bed, built in wardrobes, and bedside tables, and also has air conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan. The bedroom also has its own terrace that overlooks the pool area.
There is another double bedroom, with a wardrobe, bedside table, and a chest of drawers. This bedroom also has air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Doors from this bedroom lead you onto the large balcony where you can also enjoy views over the pool.
Also on the first floor is the third bedroom with three singles beds, built in wardrobe, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The main bathroom is equipped with a large shower, basin, and WC
The private pool area is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind for both adults and younger family members. There is a shower area next to the pool to shower before entering the pool.
The gardens are full of fruit trees, with a covered area to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evening. There are two separate large tables and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining, as well as a brick built BBQ for guests to use. There is also a hammock to enjoy lazing around in the sunshine.
